During the 50 Best Awards Week in Barcelona, Alexandra took over two the bars of 5stars hotels with Altos Tequila, here are her recipes.

Hotel Arts by looking towards the Peix fish sculpture from Frank Gehry, the Hotel is the 44 floors glass & steel luxury tower just next to it.

At this beautiful bar, Alexandra served three cocktails: Amarillo with Altos Tequila, Suze Agave Honey, lime, liquid smoke and a caper fruit; Paloma 86, with Altos Tequila, Fresh Grapefruit Juice, Branca Menta, Salt and Scrappy’s Firewater Bitters and Molegroni N.2 With Del Maguey Chichicapa Mezcal, Antica Formula, Cynar, Cherry Heering, Mole Bitter & Tonka Bean.

During this high-energy night she shared the bar with Arts’ Head Bartender Diego Baud.

 

HOTEL MANDARIN ORIENTAL

AT THE BEAUTIFULLY

designed Bankers Bar in the Mandarin Oriental, Alexandra created two recipes with Altos and Del Maguey: Lila, a champagne cocktail with Altos Tequila, Lillet Blanc, Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters, sugar and champagne, and Meco, an old fashioned with Mezcal Del Maguey Chichicapa, Cherry Heering, Cynar and a Chile Meco Tincture.

Alexandra shared the bar with the talented Head Bartender Sibel Luzi who proposed two seasonal cocktails from the Bankers’ menu.
